Formation for Ministry

The Congregation of the Mission was founded with a dual purpose:

  • the evangelisation of the poor

 

  • the formation of priest

 

This second purpose has been developed to include helping the clergy and laity in their formation and leading them to a fuller participation in the evangelising of the poor

It is with this purpose in mind that the Vincentian fathers took on the role of caretakers in All Hallows and St. Patrick’s, Drumcondra.
